About the Role

- Hours: Hours vary based on school district
- Compensation: $75,000-$85,000
**Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held.

~1 min read- →Provide ongoing clinical supervision to school-based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), Teacher Assistants, and classroom support staff in accordance with BACB supervision requirements.
- →Support professional growth of employees in collaboration with Assistant Director (e.g., structed feedback, ongoing training, team building activities, PIP's, disciplinary action).
- →Schedule and conduct in-person supervision visits across assigned school districts. Responsible for reliable transportation.
- →Coach direct support staff through modeling, feedback, and competency-based training.
- →Work collaboratively and professionally with school personnel to ensure that students' needs are met.
- →Provide group training or professional developments as needed.
- →Provide BCBA/ LBA Supervision and support group supervision opportunities as needed.
- →Participate in weekly meetings with Assistant Director and fellow supervisors.
- →Maintain accurate documentation and supervision records in accordance with BACB and company standards.
- →Maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
- →Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding students and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.

- Minimum of 3 years working with children with special needs, ages 5 through 21, in a school setting.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing supervision and feedback to clinicians.
- Masters Degree in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field.
- BCBA required.
- Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind/
- Bilingual is a plus.
