Hours: Hours vary based on school district
Compensation: $75,000-$85,000

Responsibilities

→Provide ongoing clinical supervision to school-based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), Teacher Assistants, and classroom support staff in accordance with BACB supervision requirements.
→Support professional growth of employees in collaboration with Assistant Director (e.g., structed feedback, ongoing training, team building activities, PIP's, disciplinary action).
→Schedule and conduct in-person supervision visits across assigned school districts. Responsible for reliable transportation.
→Coach direct support staff through modeling, feedback, and competency-based training.
→Work collaboratively and professionally with school personnel to ensure that students' needs are met.
→Provide group training or professional developments as needed.
→Provide BCBA/ LBA Supervision and support group supervision opportunities as needed.
→Participate in weekly meetings with Assistant Director and fellow supervisors.
→Maintain accurate documentation and supervision records in accordance with BACB and company standards.
→Maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work. 
→Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding students and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.

Minimum of 3 years working with children with special needs, ages 5 through 21, in a school setting.
Minimum of 1 year of experience providing supervision and feedback to clinicians.
Masters Degree in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field.
BCBA required.
Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind/
Bilingual is a plus.
