About Family Services

Family Services is a nonprofit organization committed to Protecting, Healing, and Caring
for children and families across Northeast Wisconsin. We provide vital support during life's
most challenging moments, helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Peer Recovery Specialist to join our
Women's Recovery Journey team. This full-time position provides peer support, advocacy,
case management assistance, and recovery-focused services to women experiencing
substance use and mental health challenges. Using your lived experience in recovery, you
will help participants build confidence, strengthen life skills, connect with community
resources, and move toward lasting recovery while supporting healthy family relationships.
