Experienced Lead Sign Installer & Production Specialist

Fastsigns Kent is hiring for a confident, fun, energetic Installer to join our team!

As an Installer, you'll play an important role in getting the finished sign or graphic in place so everyone can see it—in the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle, or hanging from a ceiling. You'll use a variety of tools to assemble, erect, and install signage and graphics both indoors and outdoors throughout South King County.

We're looking for someone with 1-3+ years of sign and graphics installation experience who can hit the ground running, work independently, and take pride in delivering quality work.

Vinyl wall, window, and vehicle graphic installation experience is highly preferred.

• Install a wide variety of signs, graphics, wall murals, window graphics, vehicle lettering, dimensional letters, banners, and displays
 • Complete installations safely, accurately, and efficiently at customer locations
 • Assess installation sites and determine the best installation methods and equipment needed
 • Review job requirements and verify measurements before installation
 • Troubleshoot challenges in the field and develop practical solutions
 • Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and installation equipment safely
 • Work independently on projects and collaborate with team members when needed
 • Represent the company professionally while working at customer sites

• Minimum 1-3 years of sign, graphics, vinyl, wrap, or related installation experience required
 • Clean driving record
 • Must be 18 years of age or older
 • Proficient with hand and power tools
 • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
 • Ability to lift, carry, and install signage materials throughout the workday
 • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
 • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Experience installing signs, graphics, wall wraps, window graphics, and vehicle graphics
 • Vinyl application experience required; advanced wrap experience is a plus
 • Scissor lift experience preferred but not required
 • Experience working outdoors and at varying job sites
