Chief of Staff Office Internship

• Project Management Support: Assist in defining project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment for "Special Projects" and operational initiatives.
• Operational Resilience & Mapping: Support the maintenance of internal operational programs by documenting processes, mapping dependencies, and ensuring data accuracy for company-wide readiness frameworks.
• Analytical Insights: Conduct research and data "deep dives" across various departments to unveil critical insights and help track operational performance.
• Event Coordination: Support the Chief of Staff in the preparation and logistical coordination of high-visibility company-wide events, such as All-Hands and Townhalls.
• Operational Communications: Help create high-quality presentations, briefing documents, and status updates that translate complex information into clear executive summaries.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal departments to gather inputs for cross-functional projects, ensuring tasks stay organized and on schedule.
• Learning & Documentation: Develop a deep understanding of Feedzai’s product and business model to provide better context for your analysis and support.

• Degree in Engineering or any Business, Economics or Finance related topics
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory;
• Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset, with a natural curiosity for problem-solving; you enjoy finding the "why" behind the numbers and translating it into high-quality models and reports.
• While you will have mentorship, you are a self-starter, capable of independent research, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple small tasks and stakeholders simultaneously. 
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with absolute discretion.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with different stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
• Experience or a strong interest in utilizing Generative AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, or enhance data synthesis is a significant plus;

This is a 12-month full-time internship.

You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager. You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey. In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team. Finally, you will start working on projects and collaborating on work currently being done. We can't wait to have you join the team!
