Requirements
~1 min read- Lead Strategy and Execution: Manage Feedzai’s flagship event portfolio, including Fusion and related satellite experiences, while continuously evolving our event framework to ensure a world-class attendee experience.
- Own Global Webinar Program: Lead strategy, calendar planning, technical execution, and optimization, developing an always-on webinar strategy that supports full-funnel campaign goals in partnership with campaign managers.
- Develop Experiential Concepts: Create new event concepts designed to engage target audiences in creative and differentiated ways, turning successful ideas into repeatable, scalable programs and templates.
- Empower Regional Teams: Build playbooks, templates, and guidance for regional marketers to execute approved event programs consistently across local markets.
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Campaign Managers, Growth, Product Marketing, and Regional Marketing to align event programming with broader business priorities.
- Manage Technology and Vendors: Oversee webinar and event technology platforms and manage vendors, agencies, and experiential partners to bring concepts to life.
- Track Program Performance: Continuously refine event strategy based on attendee feedback, engagement metrics, and overall business impact.
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, event marketing, experiential marketing, or field marketing.
- Strong experience planning and executing both in-person and virtual events, with a focus on strategic programs rather than just logistics.
- Proven track record of creating scalable event frameworks, playbooks, or repeatable global programs.
- Deep understanding of how event strategy supports brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline goals.
- Experience managing webinar and virtual event platforms, as well as coordinating with agencies, vendors, and experiential partners.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work comfortably cross-functionally.
- Experience building premium, experiential, or non-traditional event concepts that differentiate the brand.
You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager. You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey. In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team.
