Deliver nursing care to post-acute residents.

·         Monitor vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the supervisor.

·         Observe and communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team.

·         Assist with meals, feeding, and support residents in ADLs.

·         Maintain a hygienic environment.

·         Act as a liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors.

·         Aid in moving and repositioning residents as needed.

·         Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment for residents.
