Responsibilities

Scheduling manpower as needed for assigned jobs.
Responsible for managing Installation hours.
Scheduling appropriate inspections with AHJ and obtaining documentation.
Able to forecast accurate installation projections.
Responsible for submitting accurate timecards.
Innovating and result driven mentality.

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation.
Minimum of 3 years in project management roles.

Strong familiarity with NFPA 13, NFPA 20, NFPA 25, and FM Global Standards.

Comprehensive understanding of Fire Sprinkler Design principles, including Wet, Dry, Preaction, and Deluge systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
