Manager, Operations

1. →Manage staff, conduct interviews and make hiring decisions, hire and mentor staff and evaluate performance.
2. →Continually review processes for improvement opportunities to enhance the department’s efficiency.
3. →Maintain sound procedures and process controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SOX key controls.
4. →Identify, track, evaluate and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) that monitor department performance and address any improvements required.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• A minimum of five (5) years in a bank production environment or related experience, or a minimum of three (3) years in a First Merchants bank production role.
• Experience managing a team of associates.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, accounting or related field.
