About the Role
~1 min read- Daily Report Settlement and Reconciliation
- Research and resolve unapplied payments, credit balances, and payment inquiries related to credit card and unsecured consumer loan accounts.
- Calculate and process monetary account adjustments.
- Provide a positive customer experience while responding to written and verbal customer inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide/participate, as assigned by management, in on-the-job orientation, training, and cross training of new and existing team members.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of basic accounting concepts
- Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task assigned projects while adhering to multiple timetables of completion
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
Desired:
- Data entry and 10-key experience
- Familiar with various proprietary systems (i.e. TBS, eGain, First Work etc.)
- Knowledge of diverse banking products and processes
