The Branch Advisor role is a critical client-facing position responsible for providing compliant, professional financial advice to both walk-in and existing clients within a high-volume branch environment. The role focuses on understanding clients' financial needs, recommending appropriate banking and financial solutions, managing client relationships, and ensuring all interactions align with FAIS, FICA, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles, and FNB governance standards.

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth 

• Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations. 

• Educate customers to the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs.
