As part of our Branch Advisor Talent Pool for Rustenburg, your profile will be considered for upcoming opportunities across FNB branch locations within the Rustenburg region.
The Branch Advisor role is a critical client-facing position responsible for providing compliant, professional financial advice to both walk-in and existing clients within a high-volume branch environment. The role focuses on understanding clients' financial needs, recommending appropriate banking and financial solutions, managing client relationships, and ensuring all interactions align with FAIS, FICA, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles, and FNB governance standards.

Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth
Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations.
Educate customers to the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs.
Connect with our customers by living up to our brand promise of “how can we help you?” at all times.
Analyze customer data and provide appropriate financial advice and solutions aligned to client financial goals and in accordance with FAIS requirements
Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation
Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets
