As a Safe Communities Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in helping tenants feel safer in their homes. Working as part of the Safe Communities Team, you’ll support the delivery of services relating to anti‑social behaviour (ASB), domestic abuse and safeguarding, ensuring all work is carried out in line with policy, procedure and service standards.
Often acting as the first point of contact, you’ll provide a victim‑focused, empathetic response, triaging new reports quickly and efficiently while ensuring safeguarding is central to everything you do.
Responsibilities

Experience working in a busy, customer‑facing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to record‑keeping
The ability to multi‑task and work calmly under pressure
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with tenants
GCSE‑level education (or equivalent)
Confidence using Microsoft Office packages
A qualification in ASB / community safety or a willingness to work towards one
The flexibility to travel between Flagship offices as required
Knowledge and experience across the social housing sector, particularly ASB, domestic abuse and safeguarding
Enhanced customer service skills aligned to Flagship’s values
