Responsibilities

  • →

    Comply with safety requirements and actively promote a positive safety culture.

  • →

    Maintain and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 standards and business needs.

  • →

    Collaborate with management to develop and execute the QMS strategy.

  • →

    Manage ISO 9001 certification processes, including coordination with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

  • →

    Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality procedures and documentation.

  • →

    Track, analyze, and report project progress to customers to support accurate scheduling, forecasting, and decision-making.

  • →

    Ensure all quality system documents are current, controlled, and compliant with internal and external requirements.

  • →

    Lead internal and external audit activities, including scheduling, execution, reporting, and follow-up on nonconformities.

  • →

    Analyze audit results and operational practices to drive process improvements and update quality systems.

  • →

    Ensure quality processes meet customer requirements and support successful audit outcomes.

  • →

    Introduce and integrate new quality systems, tools, and procedures as needed.

  • →

    Train and educate employees on QMS standards, procedures, and best practices.

  • →

    Manage audit findings database and communicate improvement opportunities to leadership.

  • →

    Perform additional quality and compliance-related duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, quality management, and ISO 9001 systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, quality certification, training, or equivalent work experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

  • Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Auditing experience, including internal and/or external audits.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.

  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong self-direction.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement processes that support business and quality system requirements.

  • Experience delivering training or facilitating learning sessions preferred.

  • Willingness to work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week.
