Senior People & Culture Business Partner (m/f/d)

The Functional HR Business Partner (m/f/d) plays a crucial role in providing specialised HR expertise to support Forterro’s Functions and Lines of Business across Forterro. 

Working closely with senior functional leaders, the role holder understands the complex HR requirements of the function and tailors solutions and advice to attract, optimise, develop and retain talent; driving functional performance in support of Forterro’s harmonised Functional and Lines of Business strategies. 

This role requires an understanding of HR practices specific to functional domains such as Sales & Marketing. It also requires a high degree of self-awareness in navigating local customs, cultures and norms to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the European organisation. Partnering with both PX Centres of Excellence (Ops, Talent, Learning & Rewards), and local People Experience subject matter experts to ensure connectivity between localised initiatives, functional plans and corporate strategy.
