As part of our Business Services team, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients by transforming complex lease information into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter property and portfolio decisions. * * * ### What You’ll Do As a Lease Abstraction Analyst, you will review and analyze commercial lease documents, extract critical data, and ensure accuracy and compliance. Your work directly supports client property management, legal, and finance teams by enabling efficient lease portfolio analysis and decision‑making. Key responsibilities include: * Review, abstract, and process commercial leases and related legal documents * Extract and summarize key lease data, including rent terms, renewal options, obligations, and expense details * Perform accurate data entry, validation, and ongoing maintenance of lease records * Process lease change requests and amendments * Verify lease compliance, mathematical accuracy, and alignment with industry standards * Identify and flag potential compliance or data issues for clients or leadership * Track and resolve mid‑level issues; escalate complex or high‑risk issues as needed * Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives * Recommend system, process, or workflow enhancements to improve quality and efficiency * Perform other related duties as assigned This role reports to the Manager of Lease Administration. * * * ### What You Bring?
