Job Title: Senior Oracle Fusion Functional Architect Location: Bangalore, India Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Experience Level: 10+ years in Oracle ERP Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Oracle Fusion Functional Architect to join our enterprise applications team in Bangalore. This role is integral to shaping and optimizing our Oracle Fusion ERP ecosystem across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Human Capital Management. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise across Oracle ERP modules, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. As a functional architect, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners to drive solution design, integration strategy, functional configuration, and process optimization for end-to-end enterprise operations. Key Responsibilities * Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions across core modules, including, but not limited to: * Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) * Procurement (Self-Service, Purchasing, Supplier Portal) * Supply Chain Management * Manufacturing * HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits) – desirable * Serve as the functional subject matter expert (SME) and architect for ERP transformation initiatives – specifically EBS to Fusion. * Translate complex business requirements into scalable, user-centric Oracle Fusion ERP solutions. * Define end-to-end business process flows, data mappings, solution architecture, and integration design with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., legacy ERP, CRM, BI tools). * Partner with technical architects, developers, and QA to ensure cohesive solution delivery. * Facilitate functional workshops, design sessions, UAT cycles, and stakeholder demos. * Review and validate configurations, extensions, and customizations for compliance with best practices and business goals. * Develop documentation including solution design documents (FDD), BRDs, test scripts, training materials, and user guides. * Mentor Fluke staff as it relates to Fusion and support continuous knowledge sharing across the team. * Provide post-go-live support and lead stabilization/improvement efforts. Required Qualifications * Minimum 10 years of hands-on Oracle ERP experience, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. * Demonstrated experience in migrating from Oracle EBS to Fusion. * Experience with multi-country ERP rollouts and localization * Prior experience working in a manufacturing or engineering enterprise. * Proven expertise in full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and support of Oracle ERP across Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, HRMS, Supply Chain, and other core modules. * Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, security, workflows, and reporting tools. * Strong command of functional configurations and end-to-end business processes. * Experience in integration scenarios using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus. * Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all organizational levels. * Experience working in hybrid or global delivery environments.
