## What You’ll Do?
Como Service Operations Team Leader, você irá:
* Liderar e desenvolver a equipe
* Criar um ambiente engajador, inclusivo e de alto desempenho
* Fornecer coaching, feedback contínuo e plano de desenvolvimento individual
* Apoiar o crescimento técnico e de carreira dos colaboradores
* Gerenciar operações diárias
* Planejar e executar atividades operacionais garantindo qualidade e prazos
* Coordenar demandas com equipes de suporte (qualidade, materiais, manutenção)
* Resolver problemas operacionais de forma ágil e estruturada
* Impulsionar resultados
* Monitorar e alcançar indicadores-chave (segurança, qualidade, entrega, produtividade)
* Promover disciplina operacional e accountability na equipe
* Promover melhoria contínua
* Aplicar princípios Lean e ferramentas do FBS para otimização de processos
* Liderar iniciativas Kaizen e resolução de problemas
* Identificar e eliminar desperdícios
* Garantir conformidade e excelência operacional
* Assegurar aderência a procedimentos e padrões (SOPs, 5S, TPM)
* Manter alto nível de qualidade e organização
* Fortalecer a comunicação e o engajamento
* Comunicar-se de forma clara e transparente com equipe e stakeholders
* Escutar ativamente e promover um ambiente de confiança e colaboração

What You Bring?
### Requisitos obrigatórios
* Experiência em liderança de equipe ou supervisão
* Habilidade comprovada em gestão de operações e resolução de problemas
* Forte capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal
* Experiência com melhoria contínua (Lean, Kaizen ou similar)
* Habilidades organizacionais e gestão de prioridades
* Conhecimentos em ferramentas digitais (Microsoft 365 ou similares)
### Diferenciais
* Experiência em ambiente Lean/produção ou serviços técnicos
* Familiaridade com indicadores operacionais e performance
* Experiência com sistemas como ERP, Oracle eBS, Salesforce ou similares
* Conhecimento técnico em produtos e serviços (ex.: Industrial Scientific)
* Formação superior ou técnica em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas relacionadas
