We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Pickup Associate to join our warehouse team. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our customers by ensuring orders are accurate, well-prepared, and safely loaded.

Pick and stage orders for customer pickup
Load and unload container and or trucks
Load product safely into customers' vehicles
Stage and organize customers invoices
Scan inventory into correct storage locations
Transfer finished materials to designated areas within the warehouse
Identify items on all paperwork, including customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bills of lading
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies
Meet productivity requirements as needed
Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

1+ year of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations
High school diploma or GED required
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
Comfortable with continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and reaching for up to 8 hours per day in a warehouse environment
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours
