About the Role

As a Front Desk Intern, you will support the team in delivering warm, professional, and personalized service throughout the guest journey. You will gain practical experience in arrivals, departures, reservations, guest profiles, room status, and service recovery within a luxury hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist with guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- →Support guests in person, by phone, chat, and email with professionalism and Four Seasons hospitality.
- →Assist with room status updates, early arrivals, late check-outs, group departures, and special requests.
- →Support the personalization of reservations and guest profiles using hotel systems.
- →Track guest concerns, complaints, and service issues and assist with follow-up.
- →Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments.
- →Assist with administrative tasks, reports, and daily Front Desk operations.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel School, or a related field.
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Passion for guest service and creating exceptional experiences.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity, initiative, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Good computer literacy and fluent English.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
What We Offer
~1 min read- This is a full-time, fixed-term internship.
- The schedule is based on operational needs and includes 5 working days per week, with 2 days off. Each working day consists of 8.5 hours, in accordance with Greek labour legislation.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
