PM Ravello Server Assistant (On-Call)

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support in our on-site, modern Italian cuisine specialty restaurant, Ravello. In the evening, guests may feast on hot fresh pizza and bread made at the wood-burning oven, or regionally influenced Italian specialties.   

• →Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver 
• →Polish glassware and stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service 
• →Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions 

• Experience working in Food & Beverage 
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a large team 
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers. 

• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. 
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions. 
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team. 
• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States. 

• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be available (3) days.
