Foxit Software is transforming the way organizations work with documents through fast, secure, and innovative PDF, eSignature, document workflow, automation, and AI-powered productivity solutions.
Used by businesses and individuals around the world, Foxit's technology enables customers to create, edit, collaborate on, automate, and securely manage digital documents across their organizations.
As Foxit continues building a more connected, intelligent, and scalable business systems ecosystem, we are looking for a Senior Business Systems Engineer to help optimize the enterprise applications, integrations, data flows, and processes that power our global business.
The Senior Business Systems Engineer partners with business and technology teams to translate complex business needs into scalable systems, processes, integrations, and technology solutions.
Sitting at the intersection of business operations, enterprise applications, data, and technology, this role will analyze business processes, define requirements, support solution design, improve application workflows, and help drive systems initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, application owners, Data Engineering, Analytics, and technical teams to improve the scalability, reliability, automation, and usability of Foxit's enterprise systems environment.
This is a hands-on role. In addition to business and systems analysis, you should be comfortable working directly with enterprise SaaS applications, integrations, configurations, workflows, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Foxit is also actively investing in AI-enabled operational efficiency. We are looking for someone who is curious about emerging technology and can identify practical opportunities to apply AI, automation, and intelligent workflows to real business challenges.
