As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of HVAC systems, with a focus on heat pumps and hybrid solutions. You will work closely with our project management and service teams to ensure efficient and high-quality installations, contributing to our mission of providing sustainable energy solutions.
  • Install HVAC systems, including heat pump and hybrid systems, in residential properties
  • Follow installation guidelines and specifications to ensure proper system operation
  • Measure, cut, and install ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical wiring
  • Connect HVAC units to ductwork, electrical power, and refrigerant lines
  • Test installed systems for proper operation and identify any issues
  • Understand system failures from customers and solve issues in a timely manner for the customer
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records of installation materials
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners on the job site
  • Experience in HVAC installation
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
  • Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • EPA Section 608 Certification required
  • TDLR HVAC certification required
  • Ability to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time.
  • Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday.
  • Must be comfortable with heights and working in hot and cool climates.
