About Fullscript

We’re an industry-leading health technology company on a mission to help people get better. We started in 2011 with one simple idea. Make it easier for practitioners to access the products they trust so they can deliver better care.

That simple idea grew into a platform that powers every part of care. Today, more than 125,000 practitioners use Fullscript for clinical insights, lab interpretations, patient analytics, education, and access to high-quality supplements. Over 10 million patients rely on Fullscript to stay connected to their care plans and follow through on treatment.

We build tools that make care smarter and more human. Tools that save time, simplify decisions, and help practitioners stay closely connected to the people they care for. When everything they need is in one place, they can focus on what matters most: helping people get better.

This is your invitation.

Bring your ideas, your grit, and your care for people.
Join us and shape the future of care.

The Role

As an IT Admin III, you are a technical lead within the IT team. You bridge the gap between day-to-day support and high-level systems engineering. You are one of the "go-to" people for complex technical hurdles, a primary owner of our core IT platforms, and a key driver of departmental projects.

This role is perfect for a seasoned IT professional who has mastered the fundamentals and is now focused on optimizing systems, hardening security configurations, and refining the end-user experience through technical excellence.
  • Advanced Escalation: Serve as the primary escalation point for IT Admins I and II, tackling the most complex hardware, software, and OS issues across macOS and Windows.
  • System Ownership: Act as the primary administrator for core platforms (e.g., Jamf Pro, Intune, or Okta), ensuring they are configured according to industry best practices and security standards.
  • Project Leadership: Lead small-to-medium IT initiatives, such as software rollouts, security remediations, or office expansions, from planning through to execution.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in onboarding, offboarding, and support workflows; design and implement improvements to increase team velocity.
  • Security & Compliance: Partner with the Security team on initiatives such as endpoint compliance enforcement, disk encryption management, and vulnerability patching schedules execution.
  • Documentation & Standards: Author high-quality internal "Runbooks" for the IT team and clear "How-to" guides for employees, setting the standard for documentation quality.
  • Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and "over-the-shoulder" coaching to junior admins to help level up the entire team’s technical capabilities.
  • Vendor Management: Interface with third-party vendors for procurement, support escalation, and software renewals.
  • 4 – 6+ years of experience in IT Systems Administration or a high-level Support Engineering role.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Deep, high-level proficiency in managing macOS and Windows at scale in a corporate environment.
  • Advanced MDM/IdP Knowledge: Proven experience configuring and maintaining Jamf Pro and/or Microsoft Intune, as well as Okta (or similar Identity providers).
  • AI-Driven Development & Scripting: Ability to leverage AI-native coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) and low-code platforms (e.g., n8n) to read, modify, and build automation workflows, scripts, or device configurations to eliminate repetitive tasks.
  • Analytical Troubleshooting: The ability to use logs, terminal commands, and diagnostic tools to root-cause issues that others cannot solve.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills with a track record of moving projects across the finish line on time.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate highly technical concepts to non-technical staff.
  • Autonomy: A proven ability to work with minimal supervision, making sound technical decisions in alignment with company goals.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Jamf 300/400, Okta Certified Professional, or Microsoft Associate level certs).
  • Experience with API integrations (using tools like n8n or Okta Workflows).
  • Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or tech-forward environment.
  • Experience supporting AV setup and troubleshooting for company-wide Town Halls and events.
  • Compensation range

The salary range for this role is between $66,000 and $80,000 CAD. Fullscript shares salary ranges to support transparency and help candidates make informed decisions.
