Responsibilities

  • →To assist in monitoring credit limits and exposure.
  • →To process trade drawdowns
  • →Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date credit files and documentation.
  • →To ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures.
  • →Assist in preparing credit reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • →To maintain accurate and up-to-date credit files.
  • →Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the credit team.
  • →Collaborate with the credit team on data analysis and process improvement initiatives, leveraging tools such as SQL, Python, Activepieces, and Gemini to enhance workflow efficiency and risk insights.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and preferably G-Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills in credit analysis and risk management.
  • Prior internship or work experience in finance or banking (preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge of financial markets, accounting principles, and credit risk concepts (preferred but not required).

  • Coding/Automation: Basic proficiency or familiarity with SQL for data querying and Python for automation or data manipulation.
  • Process Improvement Mindset: Demonstrable interest in optimizing workflows; experience or academic projects involving automation tools (like Activepieces, Zapier, or similar) is a plus.
  • AI Familiarity: Awareness of generative AI capabilities (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) and how they can be applied to document summarization or report generation.
  • Fintech Passion: A strong curiosity about the digital lending landscape and how technology can solve credit risk challenges.
