Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from the Education team, Content Generation team, data scientists, and software engineers to implement experiments and interpret findings.

Background in Psychometrics, Educational Sciences, (Behavioural) Data Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
Strong statistical background and experience in experimental design and metric development.
Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL) and experience working in relational databases.
Proficiency in R or Python and experience with relevant data analysis libraries.
Demonstrated experience or coursework related to ML based clustering algorithms.
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and embedding APIs.
A highly analytical and methodical mindset, able to conduct independent research as well as collaborate effectively in a team.
Excellent communication skills in English.
