Marketing Services Representative- Corporate Marketing & Branding

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Serve as a primary marketing contact for assigned business units, building strong relationships and developing an understanding of their goals, challenges and opportunities.
- →Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, develop marketing strategies and recommend solutions that drive business outcomes.
- →Lead marketing projects from intake through execution, coordinating timelines, resources, stakeholders and deliverables.
- →Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Creative Services, Corporate Communications, Legal and other internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives across video, social media, email, media, web and print platforms.
- →Track project progress and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
- →Monitor industry trends and market insights to inform marketing planning and decision-making.
- →Analyze marketing performance data to identify insights, measure effectiveness and recommend opportunities for optimization.
- →Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen collaboration and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Generally, 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, project leadership, account management or a related field
- Strong communication, relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills with attention to detail and brand alignment
- Experience supporting integrated marketing initiatives across a variety of channels
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate work across diverse stakeholders and teams
- Familiarity with data-driven communication strategies and performance metrics
- Insurance or financial services experience a plus
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus
