As a client-facing associate consultant at Gallup, you’ll transform organizations’ complicated challenges into positive business outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Influence leaders and teams by building deep, trusting relationships with clients
  • Develop expertise in your clients’ business and needs, as well as Gallup’s offerings and services
  • Create and implement complex project plans
  • Provide compelling, innovative and strategic insights and recommendations for maximum organizational performance
  • Turn data insights into actionable steps for leaders
  • Learn how to design lasting solutions that foster growth and impact
  • Persuasive communicators who seek to understand clients’ needs, present compelling custom strategies and inspire team members to exceed expectations
  • Exceptional project leaders who have a natural ability to lead client projects — creating detailed project plans, orchestrating resources, managing scope and deadlines, and overseeing many moving pieces to guarantee that each client receives a world-class experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
  • At least three years of experience in paid professional work in any of the following areas required: complex project management, client management, management consulting, human capital consulting, related consultative business development
  • Full fluency in Japanese with proficiency in English required
  • Track record of leading projects that resulted in positive outcomes for client accounts required
  • Ability to work in our Tokyo office at least three days per week required, with the option to work remotely the remaining days
  • Eligibility to work in Japan required — open to foreign candidates with valid work visas; this position is not eligible for employment-based visa sponsorship
