Accountant (Finance / Reconciliations / Bilingual) - Miami, FL

GateSourceHR is seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our clients team in Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing transportation logistics contracts, coordinating with logistics providers, and ensuring efficient delivery to clients. This role also involves handling supplier payments, managing the organization's finances, maintaining banking relationships, processing payments, receiving credits, and securing financing. Responsibilities: Oversee logistics providers Ensure timely delivery to clients Handle supplier payments Manage overall organizational finances Maintain banking relationships Process payments and receive credits Secure financing Negotiate product prices and discounts with clients Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience Strong finance background Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) Willingness to work in person in Miami
