What are the hours of the job:
Hours for the position are = Monday - Friday - 11 AM to 8:30 PM 
This is 5 days a week - 45 hours per week starting in the evening and finishing in the morning.

Social media (10%): This position manages the our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Management includes creating and posting stories and event listings from our multiple companies, and creating visuals such as photo galleries, graphics, and video clips that will increase engagement. In addition to distributing content on social media, the Web & Social Media Specialist produces content around events that is timely and tailored to social media (e.g., Instagram stories and live tweets).

Recruitment (20%): In this position you will manage our Applicant Manager system.   Follow up on candidates and ad listings.   Have conversations with the local agencies and unions we work with to know who is available.   Follow up with all candidates to mine and find other candidates for entry level construction positions in the Washington DC region.    As well posting advertisements for professional staff in the Philippines.   Place free adds on free job boards.   Interview or video interview candidates to determine if they meet the needs for the company and the positions opening.    Some workers speak in Spanish only so you must be fluent.    You will equip via your computer with the ability to text, call or email with accounts in the US.

Graphic designer/layout specialist (5%)
Photoshop/InDesign/Publisher/Word.   Ability to use Canva to modify pictures or other systems to make themed pics by company for posting - we have four internal companies that we are posting for (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc..

In addition - Make proposal cover sheets; business cards for new US Based employees and other signage or printed materials

Languages:
Must be Fluent in English and preferred but not required to be proficient in Spanish)

This is full time - Our starting rate for an experienced bi-lingual professional working in evenings - $240 USD per week - You will need to open a Wise account - 26,626.80 RSD per week ($1 USD - ~ 100 - 110 RSD) or 104-115,000 RSD per month

This position will require for you to work close hours with the US Based Manager 5 days a week.

Goel Services performs mechanical insulation on large commercial buildings for the mechanicals in the DC - Baltimore region on the United States.


Computer Requirements: 
Must have computer and 20mb internet with two screens. Work is hosted thru Amazon Workspaces with full screen recording etc.
