We are looking for entrepreneurial and highly motivated individuals interested in gaining hands-on trading experience through our mentorship program. As a Junior Discretionary Trader in our program, you will have daily training and guidance from our most profitable discretionary traders to learn the intricacies of the futures markets and how to capitalize on them. At the end of the mentorship program, you will be able to successfully capture edge while leveraging our low latency proprietary platform and trading tools.

If you possess the ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt to rapidly changing environments, and maintain a laser-sharp focus, we want you. No prior trading experience is necessary—just your relentless drive to learn, your passion for mastering complex games, satisfying your competitive instincts, and your dedication to achieving success.
