The Maintenance I – C will support manufacturing primarily through execution of routine and repetitive work during non-downtime events.

• →Perform pre-planned corrective and preventative maintenance tasks on equipment, fixtures, and tooling.
• →Assemble and verify applicable fixtures and tooling.
• →Assist in the installation, modification, and relocation of equipment.
• →Develop and expand skills and knowledge by learning from and working with more experienced maintenance team members.
• →Other duties as assigned.

• Nimble learning: Actively learning through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning experiences.

• Maintaining high level of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality with respect to company matters.
• Complying with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely perform all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace. 

• Basic understanding and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, vacuum, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Completion of the Standard Timing Model mechanical assessment.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Meet the Following Physical Demands:
  • High level of hand dexterity/coordination
  • Ability to stand, remain stationary, and/or move about for 8 hours.
  • Ability to ascend ladders and traverse multiple building floors and areas.
  • Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, reaching, squatting, or otherwise positioning body around equipment of varying heights
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.

• Experience working in manufacturing or a manufacturing technical support role.
