• Assist in screening and shortlisting Gen Z candidates for various go-to-market roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
• Help maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and relevant information.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative recruitment strategies aimed at attracting Gen Z talent.
• Provide support in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms to reach a wider audience.

• You're currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated, and you're eager to dive into the world of talent acquisition.
• You're super passionate about connecting with people and have a knack for spotting potential in others.
• You're familiar with social media platforms and are comfortable using them for professional networking.
• You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; German is a plus but not required.
• You're available to start ASAP and can commit to working in Berlin with our small but mighty team.
