- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and end users to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Document process maps, specifications, and recommendations clearly for both business and technical audiences.
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years' experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), As-Is/To-Be mapping, and detailed requirements gathering.
- Proven experience converting complex, paper-based government processes into optimized digital specifications.
- Strong proficiency with AI-enabled tools, cloud-based storage, and modern collaboration platforms (not traditional desktop-based workflows).
