3+ years' experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), As-Is/To-Be mapping, and detailed requirements gathering.
Proven experience converting complex, paper-based government processes into optimized digital specifications.
Strong proficiency with AI-enabled tools, cloud-based storage, and modern collaboration platforms (not traditional desktop-based workflows).
