Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing corporate accounting team in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. This role is responsible for supporting the month-end close process, financial reporting, and account analysis, while also contributing to process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.

• Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances between actuals and budget
• Prepare supporting schedules and financial reports
• Work across multiple entities and locations to ensure accurate reporting
• Support audit requests and compliance requirements
• Assist with process improvements and implementation of efficiencies
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of general ledger accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-location environments preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• ERP experience (NetSuite or similar preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Experience with inventory, cost accounting, or international entities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
