Relationship Officer

Monitor and manage a portfolio of vehicles, ensuring timely repayment of rental and lease obligations. Engage with customers proactively to ensure on-time payments, track repayment schedules, and address payment concerns. Implement structured repayment plans for customers facing financial difficulties while minimising risks. Collaborate with the recovery team for escalated payment defaults and repossession when necessary. Assess customers' financial health and identify early warning signs of potential defaults. Recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures including payment restructuring or recovery actions. Ensure full compliance with company policies, lease agreements, and regulatory guidelines. Provide regular updates to the Senior Relationship Officer on portfolio health and key challenges. Requirements 1-3 years of professional work experience, preferably in the asset financing or loan recovery industry. Previous experience in customer relationship management Excellent communication, listening and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skill.
