Our technology powers three distinct areas: the Ginmon Platform for automated investing with ETFs, the Apeiron Wealth Cloud for professional advisers, and Ginmon Technology, which provides sophisticated white-label "Investment-as-a-Service" solutions to institutional partners. As a Product Development Manager, you will play a key role in the development of these platforms, working at the intersection of high-level business strategy and technical delivery. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will translate our leadership vision into actionable technical roadmaps, ensuring our engineering team builds scalable, secure, and cutting-edge solutions that will redefine the digital investment landscape across all our product lines.

Define and manage the product roadmap for our digital wealth management solutions, in close collaboration with our internal stakeholders (e.g., business development, sales, and marketing teams) and our external partners (e.g., technology providers and financial institutions).

Develop and prioritize detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, acting in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Lead the collaboration between design and development teams to ensure that product features are built to specification, maintaining high quality and delivered on time.

Conduct market and user research to identify new product opportunities, providing data-driven insights on user needs to stay ahead of industry trends in WealthTech.

Monitor the performance of existing features and the underlying platform, identifying opportunities for technical optimization and UX improvements.

Develop and execute product launch plans in close collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
