About the Role

As we move into a new processing center and expand our e-commerce operations, we are hiring 5 new team members to join our Warehouse & Fulfillment team—at both Associate and Senior levels.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to take ownership, contribute to process improvements, and grow as our operations scale.

Responsibilities

Receive, label, and correctly store incoming products
→
Verify delivered goods against supplier invoices and documentation
→
Coordinate closely with warehouse and field teams to ensure timely receiving and deliveries
→
Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system
→
Support and lead stock counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies
→
Oversee handling of damaged or non-conforming products
→
Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
→
Ensure accurate and timely processing of warehouse documentation
→
Act as a key point of communication within the warehouse team and with other departments
→
Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and workflows
→
Be hands-on when needed—helping where operational demands require it
→
Perform other related duties as assigned

Senior-level team members will also:

→
Take ownership of more complex operational tasks
→
Support onboarding and guidance of new team members
→
Act as a go-to person for day-to-day operational issues

Associate level: 1+ year of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or similar roles
Senior level: 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong operational ownership
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and tight deadlines
Willingness to work hands-on and adapt as operations grow
Basic knowledge of English is an advantage
Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn and grow

Working days: Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week
Shift-based work; availability to work on holidays is required

Location: Marigona Residence, 39 Preoc
