- Own and drive critical programs for one or two product areas end-to-end from planning and design through execution, launch, and iteration, partnering closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure execution excellence and program success, which may include assisting with documentation, product questions, technical enablement and support to ensure launch success.
- Balance technical understanding with GTM knowledge to ensure projects not only release but also land with our field and customers.
- Define clear goals, success metrics, and timelines while ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and leadership teams
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively remove blockers to keep programs on track
- Maintain and communicate updates to the product roadmap, promoting transparency and alignment across teams. Create transparency through program documentation, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders at all levels
- Improve and drive automation, processes, tools, and frameworks that help teams move faster, deliver higher-quality outcomes and reduce administrative burdens
- Assist with technical program management on cross-functional initiatives involving R&D, Marketing, and GTM, such as release notes, beta programs, and customer feature request processes.
- Partner with engineering and client services to enable effective cross-team coordination and release planning.
- BA/BS in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or Product/Engineering operations within an Enterprise B2B environment, with a track record of supporting complex technical initiatives.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, including creating clear, compelling presentations and reports for leadership, stakeholders, and external audiences with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for varied audiences.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment with operational excellence.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and a demonstrated interest in applying AI-first thinking to product and operational challenges.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, product development lifecycle, Agile practices, and program management methodologies
- Strong technical acumen, including the ability to self-serve data, automate workflows, understand network operations and deployment models, and engage confidently in technical discussions.
- Experience with A/B testing, user feedback analysis, and NPS (Net Promoter Score) methodologies to inform product and process improvements.
- Sound judgement and ability to walk teams through the balance between speed of innovation and adoption, and the needs of B2B Enterprise software, in sometimes ambiguous situations
- Ability to balance technical depth with strategic program execution, comfortable diving into details while keeping focus on the big picture
- Experience supporting or managing technical programs in cloud, on-premises, or hybrid network environments. Familiarity with cloud-native development practices, distributed systems, or infrastructure programs is a plus
- This role is hybrid (3 days a week in our Bangalore office)
