New Grad - Supply Chain Team Supervisor

PepsiCo Foods Canada has current openings at the Frito Lay Facility in Cambridge, ON for New Grad - Team Supervisor to join the team. 

• →You will work on assignments that require you to perform cost/benefit analysis and balance our four key imperatives: cost, quality, service, and people.
• →Provide functional leadership, coaching, and technical support 
• →You will develop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the ultimate goal of leading a front-line team. 
• →Develop individuals and the team to solve routine and complex operational issues 
• →Motivate the team to achieve established performance targets and coaching them on performance processes
• →Lead daily performance meetings  
• →Make daily decisions impacting the business  
• →Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• →You will strive to identify and implement productivity and efficiency initiatives (ex. reduction of scheduled downtime, identifying loss points for raw materials, leading front-line employees, process changes and product & packaging waste reduction) 

• You have graduated with your bachelor’s degree in 2024, 2025 or will be graduating by May 2026   
• Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred  
• 1-3 + years’ Supervisory experience preferred   
• Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills  
• Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others – Take Others With You  
• Able to Instruct and Teach Others  
• Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work  
• Mechanical and Technical Aptitude  
• Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people 
• Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities 
• Collaborative team-player with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach
