Channel & Customer
- Lead multimarket customer engagement across aggregators and lighthouse accounts; build and pitch selling materials and analyses
- Drive eB2B channel strategy, AOP planning, and Menu Pro rollout across key markets
Insights & Commercial
- Shape and standardise the DCOM Commercial Insights service catalog
- Synthesise data into clear performance overviews, stories, and recommendations
Stakeholder & Community
- Influence senior stakeholders and retail partners; build and manage the eAFH community across BUs
Responsibilities
~1 min read• DCOM Commercial Insights - Strategy & Development• Track market, category, customer, and competitor performance; produce scorecards and overviews• Synthesise Nielsen/IRI, household panel, and loyalty data into strategic, ad hoc analyses• Support Channel VP and eCom teams with high-quality analyses and materials• Storytelling & Presentations• Build selling stories that translate complex data into implications and actions tied with a size of prize• Craft compelling presentations — from macro trends to specific actions• Support market leads in pitching stories to retail partners• Stakeholder & Community Management• Work with BU teams and agencies to gather information and resolve project issues• Influence stakeholders to align on perspectives and drive decisions• Manage sub-channel community — meeting materials, best practices, BU relationships• Team Leadership & Capability• Coach rest of the commercial insights team - set quality standards, allocate work, review outputs• Build DCOM Commercial Insights capability within the team and the broader DCOM Commercial Insights team• Contribute to succession for specialist roles across BUs
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelors' degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering: MBA a plus
- 9-11 yrs insights/ analytics
- Prior FMCG experience & strong hands on capability in partnering with Retailers / Customers
- Strong Visualization & Story telling skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office / PowerPoint & Excel skills
- Can synthesize multiple disparate data sources into compelling growth strategies/reviews
- Can easily see how insights and research learnings can improve business and frames up reporting efforts and opportunities to inform business decisions
- Good collaborator and influencer: Experience working with a breadth of stakeholders and peers – levels, functions and across countries in Europe
- Ability to extract key messages from complex data and craft a clear narrative, presenting in person & virtually
- Good commercial and operational instinct to ensure recommendations are practical and executable
- Well organized, self-sufficient and proactive: Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan
- Can-do, flexible attitude with resilience: Calmly able to respond to rapidly changing business priorities
- Proven experience using PowerPoint and ability to producing visually compelling presentations (i.e. beyond just operating the software) that are impactful with a senior audience
