Requirements
~1 min read- A Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions.
- 2+ years of experience producing and modifying Microsoft Power Point presentations.
- 1+ year of experience working in a corporate environment.
- Experience meeting deadlines and working in a schedule driven environment.
- Experience working with SAP is a plus.
- Experience with invoicing based on cost.
- Ability to support multiple time zones.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, ability to work well in teams.

The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support customer invoicing and billing activities. This role will work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve billing issues, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate and timely invoicing in compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP.
- →Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed.
- →Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers.
- →Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies.
- →Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently, as well as complying with FAR regulations.
- →Create and submit invoices to our external customers.
- →Maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise.
