• HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US)

• →Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities.
• →Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning restrooms, break rooms, floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.
• →Maintains the exterior of the building and parking lots. 
• →Daily cleaning of restrooms, floors, furniture, doors, and water fountains
• →Vacuum and mop hard floors and shampoo carpets
• →Maintain parking lots, landscaping, emergency exits, roof drains and equipment
• →Plow and salt parking lot
• →Other duties as assigned

  The position will work a schedule of Monday - Thursday (4x10) 2pm-12am (7th shift).

• Must have a strong attendance record

• Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Must be able to work hours outside of the regular shift

• Must be able to wear a respirator

• Mechanical aptitude preferred

• The position requires ascending, descending stairs, standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, twisting, overhead reach, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
