Requirements

Our Finance organization plays a critical role in enabling program execution, driving financial stewardship, and supporting the delivery of mission‑critical capabilities.

Finance analysts work across functions—including Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Contracts—to support financial excellence and disciplined execution.

Analysts are responsible for performing foundational financial tasks, supporting data accuracy, preparing standard reports, and assisting senior team members.

Analysts are expected to demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

Prepare standard financial reports and metrics using provided tools and guidance.

Conduct basic financial transactions and extract data from systems

Support team members with reconciliations, variance explanations, and administrative financial tasks.

Perform data entry, validation, and organization to support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end processes.
- →
Assist in the creation and maintenance of spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
- →
Apply RTX CORE problem‑solving methods to simple process issues and recommend basic solutions.

Raise issues and concerns appropriately to the supervisor or senior staff.
- →
Collaborate with team members to meet internal customer requirements
