We are seeking a 2nd or 3rd year supply chain/commerce undergrad to work in our Procurement department over Summer (October 2026 to mid-February 2027). 

The role will be partially project based and the student will split his/her time between some day-to-day activities along with procurement projects. He/she will be guided and supervised by the Senior Materials Manager and Senior Procurement Specialist.  The role will be mainly focused on:

• →Assist with creation of POs
• →Assist with management of overdue PO’s
• →Review standard work for non-product procurement and document changes needed
• →Sourcing projects for commodities
• →Reviews of Procurement templates & other ad hoc items

• Good analytical skills backed by strong Excel knowledge/capability
• Basic understanding of Supply Chain
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and think outside the box
• Results focused and able to communicate well with a broad range of internal and external customers.

• Exposure to end-to-end purchasing process, including supplier negotiations and solution selection
• Supplier performance analysis and management
• Cross Functional Team Skills
