Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
- Experience leading proposal efforts including estimating, technical narrative writing, and risk identification.
- Strong understanding of product-line architectures
- Familiarity with Jira, Git-based workflows, automated testing tools, or model-based development environments.
- Experience coordinating across multiple programs and product lines.
