Responsibilities

→Oversee the accurate receipt, storage, and tracking of inventory delivered to the warehouse;
→Perform and coordinate cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy;
→Conduct root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies, shrink, and damaged goods, and implement corrective actions;
→Provide regular reports on inventory accuracy and other key performance metrics to operations leadership and directly to the client;
→Address and resolve issues related to damaged or missing inventory in real time;
→Use of tools including but not limited to WMS platforms, RF scanners, carts, hand trucks, and dollies;
→Follow all 5S processes consistently and effectively;
→Participate in regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback;
→Implement and maintain inventory control processes and procedures to maximize accuracy and efficiency;
→Liaise with other departments, such as receiving, fulfillment, procurement, and customer service, to coordinate activities and resolve discrepancies;
→Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years in an inventory control/fulfillment environment and proven customer service experience;
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and cycle counting methodologies;
Excellent attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities;
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations, including OSHA standards;
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs);
Prolonged periods of standing and walking;
Authorized to work in the US for any employer.
