Head of Australia is the senior-most leader responsible for growing HighLevel’s presence, revenue, partnerships, and influence within the Australian market. This role combines elements of market strategy, business development, partnerships, community leadership, and operational execution. The successful candidate will act as the voice of the market, the face of the brand, and the driving force behind HighLevel’s growth in Australia.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, enjoys building from the ground up, and wants to play a meaningful role in HighLevel’s global expansion.
Responsibilities

Own HighLevel’s growth and success across Australia, serving as the company’s senior leader and representative in the market.

Build and grow HighLevel's agency ecosystem across Australia by developing strategic relationships with agency owners, consultants, educators, influencers, affiliates, and ecosystem partners.

Maintain ownership of the Australian business, including market strategy, revenue growth, investment priorities, and regional P&L performance.

Develop and execute a multi-year vision and market strategy that accelerates customer growth, revenue, partnerships, and brand presence.

Identify and prioritize the highest-leverage opportunities for expansion and investment within the region.

Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on regional strategy, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.

Influence company-wide priorities by bringing customer, partner, and market insights back to leadership.

Build the foundation for HighLevel’s long-term presence and expansion throughout Australia and the broader APAC region.

Develop, own, and execute HighLevel’s Australia growth strategy in alignment with the company’s international expansion objectives.

Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration across Australia.

Build relationships with key agency owners, consultants, educators, influencers, and industry leaders.

Develop and execute strategies to attract, convert, and activate agency customers throughout Australia, with a focus on increasing agency adoption, platform utilization, and long-term customer value.

Maintain visibility into regional growth forecasts, pipeline development, and performance metrics to support strategic planning and investment decisions.

Act as the primary source of market intelligence, providing insights on opportunities, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and regional trends.

Establish growth targets and regularly report on key business metrics.

Recruit, onboard, and support high-value agencies, affiliates, referral partners, educators, consultants, and ecosystem leaders.

Expand and strengthen HighLevel’s affiliate ecosystem throughout Australia.

Develop strategic partnerships that drive customer acquisition, adoption, and revenue growth.

Identify opportunities for co-marketing initiatives, joint ventures, and ecosystem partnerships.

Collaborate with internal teams to maximize partner engagement and long-term success.

Serve as the face of HighLevel throughout Australia and support broader APAC initiatives where appropriate.

Build and strengthen relationships within local marketing, agency, SaaS, and entrepreneur communities.

Develop and support regional user groups, meetups, workshops, and networking events.

Foster a strong local presence that increases trust, advocacy, and adoption of the HighLevel platform.

Build a network of champions, influencers, and community leaders who can accelerate market growth.

Work closely with existing customers to identify growth opportunities.

Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to help inform product strategy.

Ensure customers have access to the resources, education, and support needed to succeed.

Drive customer advocacy and community engagement.

Act as the voice of the Australian market internally.

Identify localization opportunities across messaging, education, events, onboarding, partnerships, and customer experience to improve regional adoption and engagement.

Provide insights on customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.

Partner with product and leadership teams to ensure regional requirements are understood and prioritized.

Operate with a startup mentality while leveraging HighLevel’s global resources.

Work closely with Marketing on regional campaigns, messaging, content, and market initiatives.

Drive alignment across Marketing, Revenue, Events, Community, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure coordinated execution of regional growth initiatives.

Coordinate regional initiatives across multiple teams to ensure strong execution and measurable business impact.

Build scalable systems and processes to support long-term growth.
Within the first 12 months, this leader will:

Establish relationships with the most influential agency leaders, educators, and ecosystem partners throughout Australia.

Requirements

Proven experience leading growth, partnerships, revenue, business development, entrepreneurship, or market expansion initiatives at scale.

Demonstrated ability to build and grow businesses, markets, or business units.

Experience working directly with founders, executive leadership teams, or boards.

Strong strategic thinking coupled with a track record of hands-on execution.

Proven ability to grow revenue and build strategic relationships.
