About the Position
Golden State is looking for a hardworking and upbeat Coordinator to join our Partnership Development team. In this role, you will assist in the execution of departmental projects while delivering excellent customer service to our corporate partners. You will also be directly responsible for fulfilling sponsorship agreements and executing promotions and events while providing administrative support to the broader Corporate Partnerships team. This position reports to the Director, Partnership Development.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with various departments to ensure fulfillment of partnership client deliverables
- Plan, assist, and execute game day activations such as partnership client events, promotions, VIP experiences, ticket requests, premium gifting, and hosting client groups
- Assist in tracking partner activations (i.e., web, social and radio commercial traffic, as well as activation fund and ticket bank uses)
- Assist with the development of mid-season and/or end of year partner recaps
- Participate in data input and report processing for Warriors and Non-Warriors activations
- Implement new strategies based on research, data, success rates, and market trends to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Effectively build and sustain strong partner and internal client relationships
- Attend Warriors home games and special events
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of corporate sponsorship and/or sales experience; sports sponsorship preferred from property, agency or brand
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication, service and resolution skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships with corporate partners and peers at all levels within the organization
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment
Time Commitment
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and attend all home games and special events (i.e., evenings, weekends and holidays) as needed
Compensation
- $21.00 Per Hour + Bonus
