Entrepeneur in Residence - Product

Your Will Be’s:
We are looking for a senior Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) who will be working directly with founders on solving high-impact business and product challenges. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in ambiguity, think strategically, and can convert ideas into execution with speed and ownership.

• Partner with founders to define product vision, strategy, and new category opportunities

• Lead 0→1 product discovery, experimentation, and end-to-end NPD lifecycle

• Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, growth & operations teams to build and launch products

• Break down complex business or product problems into clear actionable plans

• Drive cross-functional execution across design, engineering, growth, and operations

• Build business cases, run pilots, and present recommendations to leadership

• Act as a founder-level owner for strategic initiatives

The Ideal Noisemaker

• 8+ years in Consulting, Product Management, Product Strategy, or Innovation roles

• Strong desire to transition into product, innovation, and 0→1 building

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and program management skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and comfort with ambiguity
