We’re looking for a Business Development Intern who is ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to gain hands-on experience working directly with senior leadership on real business opportunities.

This is not a typical internship. You’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibilities from day one and your work will directly contribute to Gradion’s growth.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

Fluent in spoken and written English.
Based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Commercially minded with a genuine interest in business, sales, and entrepreneurship.
Highly detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work.
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
Confident communicating with professionals from different cultures.
Analytical, resourceful, and able to think critically.
Willing to take ownership and work independently when needed.

Bonus Points

Previous internship, student leadership, or entrepreneurial experience.
Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
Interest in AI, software engineering, cybersecurity, or digital transformation.
Experience conducting B2B market research or using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
